  • How do I make a purchase?
    You are required to create an account prior to a purchase. You will be prompted to create an account once you click "check out" in your shopping cart.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Click on your profile, under the tab 'My Orders', you will be able to see the invoice and the status of the order.
  • Can I perform any exchange or refunds?
    All goods sold will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if there is a manufacturing defect upon delivery, please take a picture and contact us via hello@furquisite.com or +6586101175 (whatsapp only). We will perform an exchange to you at no extra cost.
  • Can I do self collection of the goods?
    Yes, you would be able to select self-collection during the check out and there will be no shipping charges involved. Do note to make an arrangement for the collection via hello@furquisite.com or +65 86101175 (Whatsapp only). The collection will be in Seletar area.
  • Do you accept partnerships and collaborations?
