Payments, Order & Delivery

 

Buyer will bear full expenses for the purchase

We offer different modes of payments to you:

1. Credit Card​

  • This option can be selected via "Credit/Debit Cards" in the payment selection

  • We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Masters, Amex, etc

2. Paynow transfers

  • This option can be selected via "Manual" in the payment selection

  • Please transfer the amount per the receipt/invoice to UEN: 53405600LFUR

  • Completed payments to be informed via WhatsApp to +65 8610 1175

  • Items will be reserved for 24 hours until payment is made, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

3. FavePay

  • This option can be selected via "Manual" in the payment selection

  • Please make the payment through FAVEPAY app to the merchant 'Furquisite' (search us up)

  • Cashback is available for your next purchase via FavePay

  • Completed payments to be informed via WhatsApp to +65 8610 1175

  • Items will be reserved for 24 hours until payment is made, otherwise the order may be cancelled..

4. Cash payment

  • This option can be selected via "Manual" in the payment selection

  • We allow cash payment only for items during self-collection itself and during public events held by Furquiste (i.e., You can choose to purchase online and collect during event days)

  • Do note that self-collection is by appointment basis.

 

We offer different modes of delivery options to you:

1. Standard Delivery

  • All local deliveries are handled by either in-house or Ninja Van unless otherwise stated. We will follow up with a shipping confirmation after every paid order.

  • Each delivery is chargeable at $3.60 or whichever stated at the point of promotion.

  • Delivery time takes up to 3-6 working days or whichever stated at the point of promotion.

  • For 3rd party couriers, Furquisite does not bear any responsibility for lost/damaged items and by opting for this delivery, you are bound to their terms and conditions

  • Once a tracking number has been provided, courier cost is not refundable under all circumstances as it is deemed to be duly delivered. 

  • All deliveries shall be done contactless. We appreciate customers to inform where to drop off the items if there isn't any one at home.

  • All deliveries shall be recorded in the event if contact tracing is required. Regular temperature taking exercise are conducted prior to delivery

2. Self-Collection

  • Self-Collection option is available upon check out. Self-Collection will not be charged for shipping cst, and will only be in Seletar area. Full address will be informed during the appointment arrangement.  Please drop us an email (hello@furquisite.com) or WhatsApp (+65 8610 1175) to make an appointment.

3. Grab Delivery

  • Available via Grab Merchant in the Grab App (available for Andriod and iOS)

  • Only available for customers residing within 2-5KM of Seletar area
