Furquisite  is committed in bringing pet owners premium products from around the region. It is our priority to make your shopping experience a fuss-free and enjoyable one. Do read our terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") prior to making your purchases over at www.furquisite.com (the "Site") and in doing so, it indicates that you have understood and agreed to adhere to the T&Cs.

Furquisite may choose to alter or update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continuous use of www.furquisite.com, following any update, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the T&Cs as changed. Therefore, we encouraged that you refer to the T&Cs on an on-going basis.

Information about us

We are Furquisite ("we", "us", "Furquisite"), a company specialising in pets grooming and embellishment products, with company registration number 53405600L.

 

You can contact us by writing to us at hello@furquisite.com. For any service-related matters, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address that you have provided us in your order. Do note that we only accept WhatsApp Calls due to the nature of our telecommunication plan.

Exchange & Returns

Furquisite follows a strict exchange & return policy, in which it is done on a case to case basis.

1. Exchanges for sizing/colour will strictly not be entertained.

2. In the unlikely event that the item is defective, please email us at hello@furquisite.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). In your email, please provide images of the area of defects clearly.

3. If we have existing stock, a replacement will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective item. Please mail the defective piece back to us within 7 working days of receiving the replacement item.

4. In the event we do not have any existing stock, you may select another item in stock and top up for the difference in value. No change will be given if you have selected another product of a lower value.

5. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unaltered, in their original box and/or packaging with any tags intact. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected.

6. Exchanges and returns are not allowed for all customized products (i.e. embroidery, leather collars etc). 

 

Furquisite reserves the rights to make any amendments to the above T&Cs. In the event of any dispute, Furquisite has the right of final decision. When purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the T&Cs written.

Promotions

Furquisite reserves the rights to change the T&Cs of promotions at any time without prior notice.

For 6.6 Promotion, excludes all "New Arrivals".
